Horchata French Toast

I'm a breakfast for dinner type of girl, always have been. When I was 3 or 4 years old I saw my mom making scrambled eggs one morning and I asked her why she was making a dinner food for breakfast. Tonight I was feeling too lazy to go to the grocery store, so I experimented with french toast, substituting Horchata for milk. I have to say, it was surprisingly good. Here's the recipe:

2 eggs
1 cup Horchata
6 slices of bread (you can use regular bread, or french bread, which is what I used)
Pinch of cinnamon

Naturally I devoured it all without a thought of taking a picture, but trust me, it was delish.
